POSITION SUMMARY
Set-up, program and run CNC machine
Typical schedule: 2nd Shift 1:30pm-12:00am (Monday-Thursday)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run CNC machines to meet production targets.
- Set up machines and perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Use measuring devices (calipers, tape measures) and inspection equipment to verify part dimensions.
- Read and interpret blueprints (customer and company-provided).
- Make programming adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances.
- Troubleshoot production issues as they arise.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate from technical school or equivalent related experience/training.
- Able to lift 50 lbs., stand, bend, squat, and twist.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime as required.
- Experience with CNC programming (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
