About this position
Job Summary:
Self-motivated and responsible for developing and maintaining interaction with customers to promote and sell Aftersales products (Parts, Retrofits, Rebuilds, Molds, Service, and Blow Mold Training).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage quotation process including updates of pertinent pricing and processes required to maintain acceptable quoted sales margins
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of Aftersales products in conjunction with successful selling techniques to competitively market to our customer base.
- Customer communication via telephone, email, virtual, or in person
- Lead with a customer service driven approach and professional manner, through communications to handle inquiries or complaints.
- Review of costs and pricing to ensure margins are in line with departmental goals.
- Analyzes customer request and orders to ensure a complete understanding of customers need and scope of work.
- Responsible for accurate quotations and order entry to be consistent with department goals (dates, terms, and, warranty considerations).
- Corresponds with outside sales in preparation of sales quotations, as needed.
- Assist in maintaining Aftersales records regarding domestic or international machine population.
- Establish active communication and engage with sales representatives to ensure prompt processing of proposal requests and orders.
- Gather and assess all required information for proposal creation for new OEM blow molding equipment.
- Create budgetary and formal proposals for new machines per customer requirements and Uniloy recommendations.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Associates degree or education and work experience in lieu of degree.
- 1 to 3 years in sales.
- Previous experience in researching automated machine and/or plastics machine parts.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work individually and as a team with
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstration of a strong work ethic and is a self-starter.
- Ability to adhere to structured work guidelines and schedules.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.
- Understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
- Use of logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Work Environment:
Office / Manufacturing environment. Employee may be occasionally exposed to moving equipment, mechanical parts in motion, risk of shock and other hazards associated with a manufacturing environment such as overhead cranes, welding, machining, painting etc.
This is an office-based position that requires walking, sitting, standing, bending, reading, seeing, hearing, speaking, concentrating, and communicating.
