ASSISTED LIVING SALES ASSOCIATE/MOVE IN COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Sales & Outreach
    • Conduct on-site tours and off-site lead source visits.
    • Participate in marketing events for prospects and residents.
    • Influence prospects and lead sources using strategic messaging, events, and talking points.
    • Perform outreach through various channels to engage lead sources, prospects, and residents.
    • Assist with sales event planning and execution.
  • Lead Management & CRM
    • Document all lead interactions and census-building activities in the CRM system.
    • Follow up and follow through with prospects and current residents to support retention.
  • Move-In Coordination
    • Complete move-in paperwork with residents or responsible parties.
    • Communicate move-in dates and details with internal teams to ensure a smooth process.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with residents during and after move-in.
    • Orient new residents to the community using effective communication techniques.
  • Community Relations
    • Represent the community in external engagements and build relationships throughout the greater community area.
    • Manage specialty areas such as move-in processes and community outreach.
  • Administrative & Clerical Support
    • Prepare and maintain marketing collateral, brochures, and forms.
    • Manage clerical tasks including document preparation, mailing, and filing.
    • Oversee seasonal marketing efforts such as holiday card distribution.
    • Delegate tasks appropriately to Sales Consultants or Marketing Assistants.
    • Enters resident information into Point Click Care.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience in assisted living, senior living, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven success in external business development and building relationships with referral sources.
  • Experience planning and executing sales events and community activities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective oral presentation and communication skills.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). Must have a valid state Driver’s License.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and sales-related activities.
  • Must be willing to work and cooperate with other employees.
  • Must be able to problem solve.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrates neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
  • Must read, know and follow personnel, department and facility policies.
  • Must be knowledgeable of local, state and federal regulations as relates to admissions, prospective payment and resident care.
  • Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate after hours and weekend tours and or event opportunities.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have proven skills in working independently, be self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Working experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is required.
