Top-rated women's medical imaging organization is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to join our teams in GA and AL. Women's Imaging Specialists currently has 17 physical locations in GA and AL that provide state-of-the-art 2D / 3D diagnostic medical imaging services specializing in digital mammography, breast ultrasound, and bone density testing. And, we are growing quickly! 

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in developing organic growth, strategic expansion, and business development. This role offers the opportunity to shape sales and marketing strategies, manage our company's focus and vision for women's healthcare, and foster long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The Sales & Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management and targeted outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration

  • Proven experience in sales, management, and business development      within a B2B environment, working closely with Marketing Executives
  • Strong background in healthcare services, preferably women's      healthcare. Imaging services are a plus
  • Proven records of organization with sales reporting and navigating      sales platforms
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value      deals effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing a      diverse team
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market      insights to inform strategy.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building      long-term client relationships.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all      levels of the organization.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and      technological advancements. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker      who is passionate about driving business success through innovative sales      approaches and exceptional leadership qualities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve      company growth objectives for women's healthcare imaging services. This      includes developing and nurturing organic growth amongst the current      customer base as well as identifying and developing new relationships and      opportunities within the community. 
  • Conduct market analysis and      competitive assessments 
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Provider Liaison team to meet or      exceed sales and marketing targets through coaching, training, and      performance management.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients,      prospects, and industry partners to expand business opportunities.
  • Oversee outside sales efforts, including prospecting, networking,      and conducting presentations to potential clients.
  • Manage B2B sales and marketing processes by negotiating contracts,      closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Track performance KPIs related to sales and marketing activities,      analyze data trends, and generate reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Identify new market opportunities by analyzing industry trends,      competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead business development initiatives to expand into new markets or      verticals.
  • Provide analysis on sales and marketing performance metrics and      recommend improvements for continuous, organic growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional      teams on projects, as needed
  • Educate referral sources on      services, access points, and clinical differentiators. 
  • Support patient retention      strategies and satisfaction initiatives. 
  • Ensure all marketing and sales      outreach activities comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA,      Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other applicable federal and state      regulations.
  • Maintain documentation of      outreach and promotional activities as required
