Position Description: Central Supply Clerk
Put away on delivery day. Stock resident rooms with supplies weekly as needed. Clean oxygen concentrator filters weekly and deliver O2/Respiratory supplies i.e., tubing, storage bags, humidifiers, nebulizer tubing, etc. Stock med room.
Position Description: Transportation STNA
Transporting residents to appointments, helping them transfer to medica chair if NOT a 2 assist.
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: (hours vary)
Minimum Experience: 6 months in healthcare facility, GED, STNA, good driving record
Qualifications: Prior central supply experience and transportation experience in long term care/rehabilitation preferred. Excellent organizational skills. Sound judgement to identify and appropriately report problems in timely fashion and contribute to problem resolution. HIPAA compliant.
