About this position
As the Credit Card Manager, you will oversee day-to-day card services operations, analyze portfolio performance, and work with management to develop and implement strategies for credit payment products. Focus areas include member experience, product development, profitability and revenue enhancement, trend analysis, data analytics, and strategic recommendations to ensure credit card products are competitive and profitable. Act as the primary Credit Union contact with credit processors.
Credit Card Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing and planning credit card functions to maximize growth and profits
- Maintain, analyze and review monthly statistics and reports to evaluate Credit Union Portfolio maintenance
- Communicates regularly with Credit Card Vendors
- Assist in monthly audit reports
- Responsible for providing quarterly trainings/meetings to relevant associates
- Continuously review and make recommendations of product enhancements or new features based on industry resources, trends, and innovations
- Develops strategies to increase credit card product penetration, activation, and utilization while using behavioral patterns to ensure features and services remain relevant to members
Credit Card Manager Experience:
- Two to Five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions
- Experienced with Web Based Applications and Windows
- Bilingual preferred
Credit Card Manager Education:
- A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
Credit Card Manager Schedule:
- Exempt (Monday through Friday)
