Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support the design, automation, and reliability of large-scale enterprise systems.

The SRE team provides leadership and accountability for building and operating resilient, high-performing software systems. In this role, you will drive automation initiatives, improve system scalability, and ensure high availability and operational excellence across cloud-native environments.

This position requires strong expertise in DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, automation frameworks, and performance engineering, along with excellent collaboration skills to work across development, infrastructure, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation solutions to enhance system reliability and scalability

  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

  • Monitor system health, performance, and availability

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve resilience and performance

  • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness

  • Implement security, quality, and code-scanning best practices

  • Support production stability and operational excellence initiatives
