We are seeking a polished, motivated, and detail-oriented Front Desk Adminstrator to be the first point of contact in our boutique optometric practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments with attention to detail
- Maintain and update patient information within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure a seamless and timely experience
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office communications
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area
- Provide administrative support to clinical and management teams as needed
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor
- Ability to prioritize, and remain composed in a busy setting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in a medical, optometric, or boutique customer service setting preferred
- Comfortable working with computers and EHR systems
- Committment to excelence and high standards
- Must be available to work Saturdays
