Overview

The Manager, Partnerships is responsible for developing and managing partner relationships that drive growth for our Remote Guard service and other Edgeworth solutions. This role focuses on enabling integrators, resellers, and service partners to successfully position, sell, and deploy our Remote Guard service that combine technology, monitoring, and operational response. 

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who understands how modern security services are delivered—camera deployments, monitoring workflows, escalation protocols, and service reliability—and who can translate those realities into successful revenue-generating partner relationships. 


Essential Job Function and Responsibilities:

 

Channel Development & Partner Enablement 

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and support channel partners that sell or deploy remote guarding/video monitoring services 
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners 
  • Guide partners through service positioning, use cases, and customer qualification 
  • Help partners understand how remote guarding fits into broader physical security programs 

Revenue & Pipeline Support 

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities 
  • Support deal registration, pricing alignment, and opportunity progression 
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams and other departments to ensure smooth co-selling and minimal channel conflict 
  • Track partner pipeline activity and support accurate forecasting 

Remote Guarding–Focused Enablement 

  • Educate partners on monitoring workflows, escalation procedures, and service-level expectations 
  • Support partners during early deployments to ensure successful customer outcomes 
  • Coordinate with Edgeworth Monitoring Center and monitoring teams to align partner expectations with service delivery 
  • Act as a voice of the partner back into the organization to improve service quality and scalability 

Programs & Collaboration 

  • Assist in the execution of partner programs, incentives, and onboarding processes 
  • Support training initiatives, certifications, and partner communications 
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Monitoring and Integration teams to continuously improve partner experience

Salary Information

$65000 - $150000 Annual Salary

Requirements

 

Experience: 

  • 2–4 years of experience in channel partnerships, partner sales, or account management 
  • Experience in the security industry or adjacent fields (electronic security, monitoring centers, video surveillance, access control, remote services, or SaaS supporting security operations) preferred 
  • Experience working with integrators, resellers, or service partners is a plus 

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Understanding of remote monitoring or remote guarding concepts (video monitoring, alarm handling, escalation, response coordination) 
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously 
  • Comfortable learning technical and operational concepts and explaining them clearly

  • Experience supporting recurring-revenue service models
