What You’ll Do
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and resident support
Teach exercises that improve mobility and strength
Document progress and communicate with the care team
Ensure a safe, supportive therapy environment
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program
NJ PTA license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift 35 lbs and assist with 2-person lifts (using hoyer lifts)
Healthcare experience and IDD background preferred
