Crew Member

As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether you're serving coffee, preparing orders, or working the register, you’ll be part of a team that’s all about energy, positivity, and providing friendly service.

Job Duties:

• Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas
• Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail
• Uphold Dunkin’ and Bluemont Group policies and standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Great communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Dependability and punctuality
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Previous food service experience is a plus but not required

Shift Availability:

• 8-hour shifts
• 10-hour shifts
• Day and night shifts available
• Monday to Friday and weekend availability required
