Qualifications: 

  • Commitment to Win’s mission, vision, and values. 
  • BA in Education or related filed required.  
  • Five (5) years of experience working with youth of various ages. 
  • Supervisor experience required. 
  • Demonstrated experience working with at-risk or homeless families.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Microsoft Office skills required. 
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.

  • Applying and Developing Expertise:  Understands and upholds all policies and procedures described in Win’s Employee Handbook. Uses EBP practices consistently and effectively.  Takes client issues to the appropriate people within the organization to obtain the most accurate information to meet the clients’ needs.
  • Communicating and Collaborating: Values the full spectrum of diversity and inclusion for clients and staff. Communicates effectively verbally and in writing.   Fosters open communication to and from the Assistant Vice President and supervisor.

$27.15 - $27.15 Hourly Wage
