Description:

Force Building Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrative Coordinator to support the Director of Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer.


This role is primarily administrative and plays a key part in recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll support, employee documentation management, and executive administrative assistance.


This position is onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada and reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and in supportive role to CAO.


Primary Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Hiring Support

  •  Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other platforms
  •  Coordinate interviews and reference checks
  •  Initiate and track background screenings
  •  Process Amazon badge documentation
  •  Maintain applicant tracking records in Paylocity

Onboarding & Employee Coordination

  •  Manage new hire onboarding workflows
  •  Track completion of onboarding documents and training
  •  Coordinate communication between departments
  •  Maintain organized digital personnel files

Payroll & Timekeeping Support

  •  Assist with weekly payroll preparation
  •  Review and correct timecard discrepancies
  •  Manage time-off requests
  •  Ensure payroll documentation accuracy

HR & Administrative Support

  •  Prepare termination documentation
  •  Assist with benefits enrollment coordination
  •  Upload quarterly tax and compliance documents
  •  Release policies and employee acknowledgments
  •  Manage Employee of the Month survey process
  •  Maintain employee profile accuracy
  •  Provide executive administrative support as needed


This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  •  Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (HR or payroll preferred)
  •  Experience working with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred)
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  •  Must be able to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada

Preferred:

  •  Experience supporting multi-state payroll
  •  Experience working with distributed or field-based teams


Salary Information

$22.00 - $27.00 Hourly Wage
