About the Role

We’re looking for an E-Banking Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional support for our digital products. In this role, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert on card services and integrated payables, while also providing cross-trained support for a variety of digital banking tools. This is a hands-on, customer-focused position that works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless digital banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contribute to a culture of cross-training and collaboration, supporting other operations as needed.

· Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve both routine and complex inquiries.

Act as the primary resource for:

· Commercial Credit Cards

· Debit Card Products

· Integrated Payables

· Support for retail, treasury, and customer service teams via phone, chat, email, and case management systems.

Provide backup support for:

· Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)

· Digital Banking (Retail & Business)

· Debit Card Disputes

· Mobile Deposit


Education & Experience

A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in online services, banking support, or a related field is preferred.

  

Skills & Abilities

Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes. Demonstrates excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Applies an analytical mindset with basic math proficiency, including percentages, ratios, and graphs. Is tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new banking systems. Remains flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environments while contributing effectively to team-oriented, goal-focused work settings.


Supervision Responsibilities:

This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment: 

This position is based in a standard office setting.

The position also requires regular use of hands and fingers to operate a desktop or laptop computer, including keyboard and mouse use.


Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 annually. 

The estimated hiring range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
