About this position
Description:
- Ensure all guests who wish to use the slide meets the minimum height requirement.
- The ability to speak to guests of all ages in a pleasant and respectful voice.
- Monitor the water slide at the pool, ensuring that guest/children are adhering to pool guidelines.
- Able to work in all climates due to the position is located outside.
- Assist children if having difficulty exiting slide pool.
- Maintain and adhere to our company values and guidelines.
- Must have great attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Great customer service skills
- Must be CPR Certified
- Tact, good judgement, and proven experience interacting with customers and resort management.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area and hotel environment
