Position Overview

The Plastic Surgery Coordinator is the strategic driver of the surgical consultation experience — blending luxury service, clinical knowledge, and sales performance.

This role guides patients from initial consultation through post-operative follow-up, ensuring an elevated, seamless experience while supporting revenue growth and clinical excellence. The Coordinator serves as both patient advocate and business partner, delivering white-glove service with strong conversion, education, and operational execution.


What You’ll Own

Luxury Consultation Experience

  • Deliver a polished, high-touch consultation experience aligned with luxury brand standards
  • Build trust through confident education, empathy, and clinical knowledge
  • Guide patients through treatment plans, expectations, and financial processes
  • Administer and review pre- and post-treatment photography with clinical accuracy
  • Ensure every patient interaction reflects discretion, professionalism, and excellence

Sales & Conversion Performance

  • Drive consultation-to-procedure conversion with ethical, relationship-based selling
  • Present treatment plans, pricing, financing options, and surgical timelines clearly
  • Maintain strong follow-up systems for consults, no-shows, and post-procedure check-ins
  • Cross-promote surgical, non-surgical, and retail offerings
  • Support internal and external marketing initiatives and events

Clinical & Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and required patient forms
  • Coordinate closely with surgeons and providers to assess progress and next steps
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and safety standards
  • Stay current on surgical procedures, aesthetic trends, and competitor offerings
  • Maintain an organized, polished, and prepared consultation environment

Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary liaison for surgical patients throughout their journey
  • Foster long-term loyalty, referrals, and reputation management
  • Resolve concerns with discretion, sound judgment, and solution-focused communication

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in plastic surgery, aesthetics, med spa, or luxury service sales
  • Proven consultation and closing experience in a high-touch environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence
  • Professional presence with exceptional attention to detai
  • Ability to balance sales performance with clinical integrity
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team culture
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and clinical photography

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced, high-performance surgical setting
  • Requires flexibility for evenings, events, and occasional weekends
  • Combination of standing, walking, sitting, and light lifting (<25 lbs.)
