Job Description:

The candidate will provide support to programs including but not limited to the following: Integrated Logistics Services (ILS) and Supply Support Services for the SPY-1 Program in accordance with the SOW.

1. Coordinate and interface with NSWC PHD, other government activities, and various contractor offices for meetings, program schedules, milestones, and product deliveries

2. Define system supportability requirements, evaluate program documentation for logistics impacts, coordinate logistic tasks, review and track logistics products, and participate in various working groups and integrated product teams dedicated to development of specific logistics products.

3. Prepare long range program and project plans and analyze all available data for program impacts on schedules and milestones.

4. Review and track logistics products to include compiling and inputting data in various databases, systems, and applications.

5. Review and evaluate logistical impacts and incorporate updates to program documents.

6. Support, coordinate, and interface with NSWC PHD, other government activities, and various Contractor offices for meetings, program schedules, milestones, and product deliveries.

7. Conduct research in identifying applicable policies and procedures for developing and executing PHS&T requirements.

8. Support life cycle management of technical documentation.

9. Use the current Navy-Enterprise Inventory Database (currently Navy-Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP)) for all inventory and warehouse management tracking through primary use of material masters.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience working in an office setting, responsible for compiling reports and contributing to project goals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Desired Qualifications:

· Active security clearance.

· Experience with logistics or supply support.

Security Clearance:

Applicants may be required to have an active security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the minimum qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not be limited to, criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
