Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC, a Department of Defense contractor, we are seeking a Business Process Analyst at the junior level to join the team who will be part of an energetic, results-driven team.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. 
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 
  • May lead and direct the work of others. 
  • Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management. 
  • Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.


Requirements:

Education/Experience Requirements:


-At least 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst supporting a federal client with at least 18 months of experience working with the US Navy

-Proven ability to solve routine problems and challenges and deliver clear solutions

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and fluency with Microsoft products and tools

- U.S. Citizenship required.

- Candidate must have active Secret Clearance
