Plumbing Field Supervisor

Appleton Campbell is a Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical, Residential Service Provider that specializes in providing the highest level of workmanship and unmatched customer service in the Northern VA area.  

We are actively seeking a Residential Field Supervisor to help lead our team of Service/Install Plumbers. The right candidate will have strong residential plumbing service/install experience and the natural ability to train and guide the team into continued success.  

Responsibilities: 

• Train Service/Install Plumbers in technical areas, as well as in all areas of the Appleton Campbell service process  
• Provide leadership, coaching, technical and customer service support, as well as oversight to trainees. 
• Conducts Plumbers Service/ Install meetings and training, as needed. 
• Ensures team maintains clean, neat vehicles and portray a clean, well-groomed professional appearance. 
• Support Plumbing Department in reaching goals
• Visit job sites to ensure Quality Control 
• Audit Install jobs for accuracy 

Requirements: 

• 10 years of plumbing experience preferred 
• 2 years supervisory experience preferred 
• Valid driver's license with clean record 
• Strong leadership skills 
• Attention to detail 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Professional appearance and personality 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
• Customer service skills a must
