We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our rehab team in Cadiz, Ohio on a Part-Time or PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for an OTA looking for flexibility, supportive leadership, and meaningful patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with treatment plans
   
• Provide skilled therapy services to residents
   
• Document treatments and progress per facility and state guidelines
   
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
   
• Promote patient independence and quality of life
   

Requirements:

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
   
• Active Ohio OTA license (required)
   
• SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome
   
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
