Concession Attendant (Fresh & Elevated Food Service)
Position Summary:
The Concession Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, thoughtfully made food and beverages in a fast-paced guest environment. This role focuses on delivering an elevated dining experience—fresh ingredients, proper presentation, and friendly, attentive service—while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve freshly made menu items following established recipes and quality standards
- Deliver excellent guest service by engaging with guests in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, portioning, and taste
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties as assigned
Food Quality Expectations:
- Emphasis on fresh, well-prepared food, not pre-packaged or mass-produced items
- Attention to detail in plating, wrapping, and overall guest experience
- Pride in serving food you’d be happy to eat yourself
Why This Role Is Different:

Qualifications:
Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working around hot equipment and food preparation areas
