Concession Attendant (Fresh & Elevated Food Service)

Position Summary:

The Concession Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, thoughtfully made food and beverages in a fast-paced guest environment. This role focuses on delivering an elevated dining experience—fresh ingredients, proper presentation, and friendly, attentive service—while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve freshly made menu items following established recipes and quality standards
  • Deliver excellent guest service by engaging with guests in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, portioning, and taste
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines at all times
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service flow
  • Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties as assigned

Food Quality Expectations:

  • Emphasis on fresh, well-prepared food, not pre-packaged or mass-produced items
  • Attention to detail in plating, wrapping, and overall guest experience
  • Pride in serving food you’d be happy to eat yourself

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred

Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working around hot equipment and food preparation areas
