Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the dispatch board to keep the service technicians on the move and generating income
- Update customers on timing changes and rescheduling as needed
- Implement the Tech Call Check-in/Debriefing process for each job
- Verifying all parts, materials or equipment needed for any given job are correct and available for a technician via on site delivery or field pick up
- Manage Customer concerns with the objective of maintaining a positive customer relationship

Requirements:
- Must have HVAC experience and knowledge plus a minimum of 1 year of Customer Service and Dispatch experience
- Highly detailed and organized
- Friendly and welcoming phone presence
- Computer skills / Proficiency in ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
