Who you are…
You have experience in retail merchandising and sales techniques.You ideally hold industry and product-specific knowledge and familiarity with golf operations, golf rules and etiquette.You have solid computer skills and literacy; MS Office products and POS/PMS You exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and phone etiquette.You are able to manage inventory and prepare and deliver reports.You possess strong analytical and organizational skills, creativity, detail orientation, execution and follow-through.You have a proven ability to work well under time constraints and effectively handle and resolve problems. You present a professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.You are a self-starter with demonstrated ability to work well independently, and in a task-oriented, team environment.You have a high school diploma or equivalency degree.
What you’ll do…
Merchandise Planning & Buying Support
Assist with seasonal merchandise planning and product selectionHelp evaluate sales trends and member buying patternsSupport vendor relationships and product ordering processesTrack product performance and recommend reorders or markdownsInventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory levels and organizationManage receiving, tagging, and stocking merchandiseMonitor sell-through rates and aging inventorySupport physical inventory counts
Visual Merchandising
Maintain attractive, clean, and organized retail displaysExecute seasonal floor sets and product rotationsEnsure merchandise is displayed to maximize visibility and salesMaintain brand standards consistent with Club image and expectationsOperational Support
Ensure that each member and guest receive a personal shopping experience by offering genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable service
Assist with POS transactions and retail reporting as neededSupport promotional planning and retail marketing initiativesParticipate in Club events and member engagement activities
