HVAC Experienced Lead Installer: No On-Call Required, make $90,000 - $140,000 after incentives, and flexible schedule with a potential 4 day work week.

Requirement:
- 3-5 Years of Residential Service/Repair HVAC/Oil Experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean Driving Record
- Work involves exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, biohazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.
- Considerable physical activity. Requires heavy physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is a primary part of the job.
