Responsibilities
Perform TMS treatments on patients.
Maintain accurate records of patient treatments.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
Customer service experience required. TMS/patient care experience is not required.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information.
