Join Our Team as a Recruiter II – Drive Talent and Make an Impact

Are you a skilled recruiter passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities? We’re seeking a Recruiter II to manage full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, site leadership, and HR to attract, engage, and hire exceptional candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for both non-exempt and exempt positions, including screening, interviewing, offer formulation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Independently host job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Structure and negotiate offers in collaboration with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leadership, and HR partners.
  • Conduct closing interviews, provide benefits information, extend offers, deliver declinations, and support pre-onboarding processes.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to ensure KPIs and talent acquisition goals are met.
  • Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline through direct sourcing, employee referrals, and ATS mining.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records to ensure transparency, integrity, and reporting accuracy.
  • Identify top talent using innovative sourcing techniques and promote diversity, internal mobility, and employee referrals.
  • Support projects, mentor junior recruiters, and contribute to process improvements.
  • What We’re Looking For

    Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of direct recruiting experience (required)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
  • Previous healthcare or mental/behavioral health recruiting experience (preferred)
