About this position
Summary:
Performs scripted roles to simulate emergency response situations, enhancing realism and training outcomes.
Duties:
Act as civilians, responders, or officials during exercises.
Follow scripts and improvise as directed.
Help stress-test participants' decision-making.
Support setup of props and role-play elements.
Schedule & Location:
Only required during live exercise events, rehearsals, and site visits.
Onsite locations include Camp Grayling, Lansing, Alpena, and other field sites.
No regular office or remote hours.
Qualifications:
Experience in acting, emergency services, or training
Ability to follow structured scenarios
