Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at our office location. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a respected 503B manufacturer and contribute directly to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and purchasing teams.
- Present and promote Turbare’s 503B products and services with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Manage leads and opportunities through our CRM system.
- Collaborate with management to refine messaging, outreach, and account strategy.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience preferred (503B, healthcare or pharmaceutical sales a plus).
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence.
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
