About the Role
The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator plays a central role in how bridal gowns move through our world. You are the trusted guardian of every wedding dress, from the moment it arrives at our Burlington headquarters to the moment it reaches the store where a bride will say yes.
You will handle gorgeous gowns every day and help maintain the beauty, accuracy, and organization that keep our multi-location bridal operations running smoothly. You will work closely with our Director of Merchandise and Product and our Inventory Manager, and you will spend most of your workday independently in a clean and well organized warehouse surrounded by stunning bridal inventory.
This role is ideal for someone who loves beautiful things, thrives in a process driven environment, prefers focused solo work, and takes pride in making sure every detail is handled with care.
Schedule and Availability
This is a Monday through Friday, full time position.
You will work normal business hours onsite in Burlington.
Because our stores experience high demand at the end of the year, availability during normal business days between Christmas and New Year’s is an important requirement.
What You Will Do
Receiving and Inbound Inventory
- Receive all incoming wedding gowns, samples, special orders, and accessories
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and vendor invoices
- Tag, bag, and place gowns in their correct warehouse locations
- Enter all received items into BridalLive with complete accuracy
- Maintain visibility and tracking of all incoming and outstanding orders
Quality Control
- Inspect every gown for construction issues, stains, sizing concerns, missing elements, or damages
- Document any quality fails with photos, notes, and vendor communication
- Track recurring quality concerns and identify patterns
- Follow each issue through resolution with consistent and professional vendor follow up
Logistics and Distribution
- Prepare gowns for shipment to stores, including bagging, labeling, packaging, and documentation
- Create shipping labels, track deliveries, and confirm arrivals with store teams
- Support the development of scalable shipping processes as our company grows
- Monitor gown movement from HQ to stores and troubleshoot any delays
Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean and well organized warehouse environment
- Complete regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Keep gown locations accurate and up to date in both physical and digital systems
- Support storage optimization and data needs for the Director of Merchandise and Product
Vendor and Internal Communication
- Serve as a primary point of communication for vendors on shipment updates, delays, quality concerns, and documentation
- Keep store managers informed about special orders, timelines, and any issues
- Escalate recurring vendor concerns to leadership in a clear and proactive way

Physical Requirements
- Able to lift, carry, bend, twist, and maneuver up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Able to climb small ladders or step stools to access racks
- Comfortable handling large dress bags and gown boxes
Driving
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable transporting gowns by car when needed
- May use either a company vehicle or personal vehicle in occasional situations
- Mileage reimbursement available according to company policy
