Position Overview:
As a Floating Personal Banker, you will provide high-quality customer service, assist clients with a variety of personal and business banking products, and support multiple branches on an as-needed basis. You will be expected to work in different locations ensuring smooth operations and consistent service delivery. The Floating Personal Banker role provides a dynamic work environment where you can build relationships, support customers, and develop a wide range of banking skills across different locations.
Primary Duties:
- Provide personalized service to customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with their day-to-day banking needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial goals and recommending appropriate solutions
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Promote and sell banking products, including personal and business checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards and line of business products and partners
- Assist customers with account opening, closing, maintenance and other banking transactions
- Provide support to various branches based on operational needs, ensuring smooth banking services in all assigned locations
- Flexibility in moving between branches depending on staffing needs, vacations or special circumstances
- Ensure that all transactions are conducted in compliance with bank policies, regulations and procedures
- Safeguard client information and ensure confidentiality
- Work closely with branch teams to support day-to day operations and maintain high customer service standards
Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of in-house training program for PBI and PBII.
- Good interpersonal communication and computer skills.
- Cash handling skills preferred but not required.
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online-banking services
