Description:
Position Summary: Provide Customer Service support to the organization and Sales Department by overseeing every aspect of the customer order from receipt to shipment.
Qualifications: Prior Customer Service experience in a Business environment is preferred
Primary Duties:
- Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of customer purchase orders.
- Provides customers with order status updates and shipping information in a timely manner on a regular basis.
- Provides finished goods, inventories, tolling inventories and other customer reports as requested.
- Effectively contributes to the organization’s overall Sales and Profit Margin goals.
- Builds and maintains strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service to every customer.
- Responds to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Works with members of the organization to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service opportunities.
- Provides support to other department members in the performance of job duties as needed.
- Is able to function in a hybrid position as needed and manage responsibilities across multiple functions within our organization.
- Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel
- Possesses excellent organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills
- Possesses excellent attention to detail
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Filemaker
- Exercises problem solving skills to handle difficult and/or unusual situations
Work Conditions and Travel Requirements:
- Minimal travel requirements as needed
- Office environment with use of standard office equipment
