Description:

Position Summary: Provide Customer Service support to the organization and Sales Department by overseeing every aspect of the customer order from receipt to shipment. 

 

Qualifications: Prior Customer Service experience in a Business environment is preferred 

 

Primary Duties:

  • Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of customer purchase orders. 
  • Provides customers with order status updates and shipping information in a timely manner on a regular basis. 
  • Provides finished goods, inventories, tolling inventories and other customer reports as requested. 
  • Effectively contributes to the organization’s overall Sales and Profit Margin goals. 
  • Builds and maintains strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service to every customer. 
  • Responds to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner. 
  • Works with members of the organization to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service opportunities. 
  • Provides support to other department members in the performance of job duties as needed. 
  • Is able to function in a hybrid position as needed and manage responsibilities across multiple functions within our organization. 
  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

  • Possesses excellent organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills 
  • Possesses excellent attention to detail 
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Filemaker 
  • Exercises problem solving skills to handle difficult and/or unusual situations 

Work Conditions and Travel Requirements:

  • Minimal travel requirements as needed 
  • Office environment with use of standard office equipment
