Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Carpet Restoration Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to carpet cleaning and maintenance. Your primary duties will include:
Operating carpet cleaning equipment and machineryConducting pre-inspections of carpets to assess stains, damages, and specific cleaning requirementsApplying appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to effectively remove stains, dirt, and odors from carpetsUtilizing specialized tools and methods for spot treatment and deep cleaningEnsuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards throughout the cleaning processProviding exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesyCollaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projectsMaintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment, vehicles, and work areasAdhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalentNo experience necessaryFamiliarity with carpet cleaning equipment, chemicals, and techniques is a plusStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWillingness to consent to a background check and drug screening
