Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working closely with multiple departments to get the job done right, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm

  • Enter and manage customer orders in our ERP system

  • Coordinate with scheduling, estimating, and engineering to meet delivery dates

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

  • Provide order acknowledgements and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Access a plus)

  • Basic math skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • A positive, outgoing attitude and strong attention to detail
