Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:
Answer incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm
Enter and manage customer orders in our ERP system
Coordinate with scheduling, estimating, and engineering to meet delivery dates
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Provide order acknowledgements and ensure customer satisfaction
Manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Access a plus)
Basic math skills
Excellent communication skills
A positive, outgoing attitude and strong attention to detail
