Liberty Senior Living is currently seeking an experienced:

MOVE IN COORDINATOR/SALES ASSOCIATE 

Job Summary:

  • Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to employment with Liberty Senior Living and its communities.
  • Interact with lead sources, prospects and residents through a variety of outreach, sales and in community activities.
  • Influence prospects and lead sources with strategic messages, tactics, talking points, events, etc. Document lead sources, prospect interaction and other required census building information in customer relationship management software (CRM)
  • Complete move in paperwork with new resident or responsible party.
  • Develop and sustain customer relationships at move in.
  • Communicate move in dates and times with teammates to ensure process is completed with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Conduct follow up, follow-thru activities and retention programs with current residents.
  • Conduct on site sales and lead tours as needed.
  • Conduct off site lead source calls as directed.
  • Participate in on and off site marketing events for prospects and residents.
  • Perform phases of the marketing and sales process that may focus on managing one or more of the following specialty areas:
    • Managing the Move-In Process
    • Assisting with sales event planning and execution
    • Managing Community Relations throughout the greater community area

Job Requirements:

  • A.A. or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required.
  • Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred. 2+ years preferred.
  • Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12-18 months) preferred.
  • Proven technology skills.
  • Knowledge of persuasive and consultative selling techniques to strategically influence customer decisions Ability to learn new products and offerings, and effectively present unique benefits to a broad customer base.
  • Ability teach and orient to community using oral and written communication techniques upon move in. Ability to work independently with limited oversight and direction.
  • Ability to change/adjust tactics & strategies to meet the unique needs of each prospect and resident.
  • Ability to understand, communicate, market and sell pricing and financial model versus competition.
  • Ability to understand and interpret architectural site, key and apartment plans.
  • Ability to consistently contribute to a professional and cohesive work environment.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new processes, continuously improve marketing and sales skills and adapt to a constantly changing environment and customer base.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
