User Experience & Interaction Design:Strong experience with Figma for wireframing, low- to mid-fidelity prototyping, and flow modeling. Skilled in designing clear user flows, navigation systems, and onboarding experiences. Ability to turn complex user needs into simple, intuitive designs. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, especially product managers, engineers, and data teams. Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals for better handoff and feasibility collaboration. Can interpret or work with real-time data, API-driven layouts, or interactive financial tool design challenges. Understands accessibility guidelines and user-centric compliance considerations. Bonus if: Experience in mobile-first or progressive web app (PWA) design. Personal interest in markets, economics, or financial literacy. Highly self-directed, adaptable to ambiguity and startup environments. Strong sense of visual hierarchy, clarity, and user empathy. Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Balances attention to detail with speed and iteration. Understands importance of trust, simplicity, and emotion in fintech design.
Technical Familiarity:
- Help structure research plans and distill insights into design recommendations.
