About this position

User Experience & Interaction Design:

  • Strong experience with Figma for wireframing, low- to mid-fidelity prototyping, and flow modeling.
  • Skilled in designing clear user flows, navigation systems, and onboarding experiences.
  • Ability to turn complex user needs into simple, intuitive designs.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, especially product managers, engineers, and data teams.
  • Technical Familiarity:

  • Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals for better handoff and feasibility collaboration.
    • Help structure research plans and distill insights into design recommendations.
    • Develop personas, journey maps, and UX briefs to guide product development.
    • Beneficial if:
  • Can interpret or work with real-time data, API-driven layouts, or interactive financial tool design challenges.
  • Understands accessibility guidelines and user-centric compliance considerations.
  • Ideal Experience Level:

    • Demonstrated ability to balance big-picture UX strategy with short-term product goals.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and iterative design workflows.
    • Familiar with defining and applying UX success metrics to product environments.
  • Bonus if:
  • Experience in mobile-first or progressive web app (PWA) design.
  • Personal interest in markets, economics, or financial literacy.
