Reliatus Behavioral Health, a leading recruiting organization specializing in supporting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) providers in finding top clinical talent, is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Clinical Supervisor for a full-time, in-person role in Phoenix, AZ.

This opportunity is with a BCBA-owned ABA provider serving North Phoenix and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate is a confident clinician who excels in case management, enjoys hands-on clinical work, and demonstrates strong leadership in supervising and developing teams of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs). Key Responsibilities

Clinical Service Delivery

  • Manage an assigned client caseload, including assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing program oversight
  • Develop and oversee individualized, data-driven, and evidence-based ABA treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and clinical needs
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality treatment implementation

Supervision & Team Leadership

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
  • Provide competency-based supervision, ongoing feedback, and professional development
  • Conduct regular observations, modeling, and performance monitoring
  • Support staff skill development and adherence to treatment protocols

Caregiver Collaboration & Training

  • Partner with parents and caregivers to promote skill generalization and long-term success
  • Provide caregiver education, training, and coaching aligned with treatment goals
  • Encourage caregiver engagement and participation in services

Documentation & Compliance

  • Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation (treatment plans, progress reports, session notes)
  • Ensure documentation meets payer, regulatory, and organizational standards
  • Meet clinical service delivery and supervision productivity expectations

Measures of Success

Success in this role will be evaluated based on:

  • Client progress and achievement of treatment goals
  • Parent and caregiver satisfaction
  • RBT/BT competency development and performance
  • Caregiver training participation and engagement
  • Timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Achievement of clinical service delivery and supervision targets

Qualifications Required

  • Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona
  • Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Clearances & Certifications:
    • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
    • CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Experience:
    • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities
    • Demonstrated experience supervising, coaching, and developing RBTs/BTs
  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Other: Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and family-centered care
