Responsibilities:
- Develop new business by identifying and pursuing prospective customers
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Conduct cold calls and in-person visits to generate leads and close sales
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of company products and services
- Identify potential markets and growth opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by offering solutions and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish
- Self-starter with strong motivation to meet and exceed goals
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable meeting new people and making cold calls
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive and professional attitude
- Willingness and ability to learn a broad range of product knowledge
- Helpful, solution-oriented, and customer-focused
- Ability to identify and develop potential market opportunities
Helpful but Not Required:
- Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge
- Experience in the restaurant or food service industry
- Knowledge of or interest in wine
