Summary: The Seasonal Greenhouse Worker supports the daily operations of the greenhouse, including planting, pruning, harvesting, and maintaining plants. This role ensures optimal growing conditions and assists in the overall care and production of flowers, vegetables, and other plants grown in a controlled environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Prepare soil, plant seeds, and transplant seedlings or cuttings.
• Water, fertilize, prune, and monitor plant growth to ensure healthy development.
• Inspect plants regularly for pests, diseases, and environmental stress.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse and surrounding areas.
• Harvest, package, and label plants or produce for distribution.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and environmental guidelines.
• Operate machinery such as electric pallet jacket.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

•  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in greenhouse, nursery, or agricultural work preferred.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Skills / Competencies:

• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
