Job Duties:
• Communicate any irregularities in revenue reporting to the District Manager of operations. • Provide action plans to promote constructive change after all revenue reports audited. • Help management to implement business review processes that will enhance revenue generation. • Train new and immediate colleagues to perform task based on Icon Parking Standard Operations Procedure. • Reconcile daily value pass activities to make sure payments are made. • Conduct lane count audit report to tie down the transient tickets sold during events. • Monitor and reconcile Monthly Parker activities by 10th of every month to make sure payments have been made, or the proper actions are taken per District Manager of Operations instructions. • Provide to the District Manager of Operations monthly revenue comparison report for all managed locations. • Review revenue generation reports from the revenue manager per weekly basis to tie park-it and bank statements. • Taking inventory of all manual ticket in administration office to match the sequence received from cashiers. • Making unannounced visits to Icon Parking managed facilities during hours and after hours of operation to make sure facility managers adhere to the operating procedures of the company. Requirements: • Knowledge with TIBA and general reconciliation. Experience: • Combination of operation, administration or auditing experience • Ticket tech revenue control experience preferred.
