Reporting to the CEO, this Sales Leader position is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth, developing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening customer relationships at all organizational levels.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets. 
  • Creating and delivering impactful training programs, 
  • Fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Strategic partner to customers
  • Leverage data to analyze performance, assess profitability, and guide decision-making. This includes 
  • Staying informed on market trends, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with departments like operations, finance, and marketing to drive strategic initiatives. 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B or distribution environments 
  • Proven record of team development and sales success 
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive role
