Reporting to the CEO, this Sales Leader position is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth, developing a high-performing sales team, and strengthening customer relationships at all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.
- Creating and delivering impactful training programs,
- Fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Strategic partner to customers
- Leverage data to analyze performance, assess profitability, and guide decision-making. This includes
- Staying informed on market trends, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with departments like operations, finance, and marketing to drive strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B or distribution environments
- Proven record of team development and sales success
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive role
