Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sencit Towne House Apartments. This position will manage the front office, provide excellent customer service to our residents, while assisting the Community Director. Rate: Based on experience.


Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all appointment scheduling.
  • Answer phones.
  • Respond to emails.
  • Data entry.
  • Process work orders.
  • Assist prospects with applications & waitlist.
  • Distribute resident notices.
  • Assist with recertifications.
  • Assist with invoices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bi-lingual preferred.
  • Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry preferred.
  • Prior affordable/Section 8 experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
