Who You Are:
You're a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nursing Assistant/Aide (CNA) that's looking for the freedom and flexibility to build your own schedule and earn higher pay.
Pay Range:
Aides: $27 - $36; Nurses: $65-$75
What You'll Do: (tasks vary depending on Aide or Nurse requirements)
- Administer acute, inpatient hospital level, professional nursing care, in the patient’s home. This care includes but is not limited to complete patient assessments, administering medications, maintaining IV access, performing diagnostic tests, lab draws, and developing patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals and providing patient teaching.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment as necessary.
- Record observations and document care provided and report changes in resident status to clinicians in the command center.
What You Should Have:
- Registered Nurse (RN) state license from an approved nursing program or current applicable CNA certification for your state
- Strong clinical and assessment skills as well as the ability to work independently
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an acute care, in-patient, hospital setting with 1-3 years of recent experience
