Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our interdisciplinary therapy team. The ideal candidate will support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans to children and/or adults with a variety of physical needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist.
- Provide hands-on support during therapy sessions focused on improving strength, mobility, coordination, and overall function.
- Track and document patient progress in accordance with professional standards and agency policies.
- Communicate effectively with therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a safe, encouraging, and inclusive therapeutic environment.

- Current state licensure as a PTA (or eligibility to obtain).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Experience in pediatric or adult rehabilitation preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
