Position Description:

Are you ready to take the reins and lead a team in a dynamic, impactful environment? Were seeking a Unit Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sites units, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth operations while supporting employees and the individuals we serve.
What Youll Do:
Coordinate and oversee all individual moves within the unit Serve as a core member of the treatment team, documenting and reporting all incidents in accordance with facility policy Ensure team members complete safety and sanitation inspections of all individuals served rooms and address concerns promptly Monitor system to maintain compliance and implement necessary measures Respond to individuals served concerns and provide clear communication and support Prepare operational reports, maintain logs, and support program operations Supervise and evaluate assigned employees, ensuring training and scheduling needs are met Actively participate in department meetings, committees, and workgroups
What Were Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Experience: 5+ years in a secure, residential, or similar setting or a bachelors degree may substitute for up to 3 years of experience (required) Licenses/Certifications: Any client-mandated certifications or training
