About the Role:
As a Sales Representative I at Veseris, you’ll manage a $5M+ territory and serve as a trusted advisor to customers across the, pest control, and horticulture industries. Your primary goal is to build profitable, long-term customer partnerships by understanding their business needs and providing consultative solutions from our extensive product and service offerings. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with key customers and prospects
     
  • Uncover customer needs and present tailored product/service solutions
     
  • Manage multi-location accounts and develop strategic territory sales plans
     
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals through focused prospecting and account growth
     
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities
     
  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, credit) to support customer success
     
  • Accurately track customer activity and opportunities using CRM and sales tools
     
  • Represent Veseris at industry events, trade shows, and customer sites
     
Requirements:

What You Bring 

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including territory management and complex accounts
     
  • Strong communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills
     
  • Proven ability to grow business and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Experience in the turf, pest, horticulture, or related industries preferred
     
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools
     
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

$65000.00 - $75000.00 Annual Salary
