About this position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to manage capital and technical projects in a pharmaceutical regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering engineering projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with cGMP, FDA, and ISO standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality for facility, utility, or equipment-related projects.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams including Engineering, Validation, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations.

  • Coordinate and oversee contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

  • Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements (FDA, cGMP).

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design reviews, change controls, commissioning/qualification protocols, and final reports.

  • Support commissioning and qualification efforts (IQ/OQ/PQ).

  • Track and report project progress to stakeholders and leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required)

  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience managing projects in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment

  • Solid understanding of FDA, cGMP, and validation practices.

  • Strong project planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills

  • PMP certification 

  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)

    Note: you should be able to commute to site since relocation package is not available.
