Job Description
We’re looking for compassionate Cardiology RNs who are dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful care to individuals and their families. In this role, you’ll assist and educate patients about procedures performed in the cardiac testing lab, interpret cardiac rhythms and EKGs, and lead the development of individualized care plans. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication across interdisciplinary teams while maintaining excellence in clinical nursing practice.
Patient Care & Treatment
Offer holistic and patient-centered nursing care, focusing on the unique needs of individuals and their families with a positive and respectful approach that aligns with the hospital's values. Emphasize support, clear education, and collaborative decision-making to foster a positive care experience.
Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

Current RN licensure to practice in California

Minimum of 3 years of full-time acute care experience within the past 5 years preferred

BLS certification required and maintained

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required and maintained

Proficiency in cardiac rhythm monitoring and dysrhythmia recognition

Participation in departmental quality improvement projects

Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English

Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and coworkers
