What You'll Be Accountable For

Managing Project Documentation with Accuracy

You will support the project team by ensuring all documentation is organized, current, and complete.
Manage RFIs, submittals, logs, and drawing updates
Track deadlines and maintain accurate records
Ensure information flows reliably between office and field

Supporting Field & Office Coordination

You will help keep teams aligned by ensuring communication is clear and timely.
Assist with look-ahead schedules and work plans
Support subcontractor and vendor coordination
Provide organized meeting notes and follow-up items

Tracking Quality & Progress

You will help verify that work aligns with drawings and project standards.
Assist with QA/QC documentation and inspections
Identify discrepancies early and escalate appropriately
Maintain accurate progress reporting

Assisting with Procurement & Materials

You will support material tracking and ensure documentation is complete.
Maintain procurement and material logs
Track deliveries and verify quantities
Report discrepancies promptly

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, or scheduling tools preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to work safely on active construction sites
