What You'll Be Accountable For
Managing Project Documentation with Accuracy
- You will support the project team by ensuring all documentation is organized, current, and complete.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, logs, and drawing updates
- Track deadlines and maintain accurate records
- Ensure information flows reliably between office and field
Supporting Field & Office Coordination
- You will help keep teams aligned by ensuring communication is clear and timely.
- Assist with look-ahead schedules and work plans
- Support subcontractor and vendor coordination
- Provide organized meeting notes and follow-up items
Tracking Quality & Progress
- You will help verify that work aligns with drawings and project standards.
- Assist with QA/QC documentation and inspections
- Identify discrepancies early and escalate appropriately
- Maintain accurate progress reporting
Assisting with Procurement & Materials
- You will support material tracking and ensure documentation is complete.
- Maintain procurement and material logs
- Track deliveries and verify quantities
- Report discrepancies promptly

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Procore, Bluebeam, or scheduling tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work safely on active construction sites
