Vice President of Marketing
McGrew Management Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Marketing (Revenue & Growth focused) to lead and scale a centralized, performance-driven marketing function across its operating companies. This executive role is responsible for aligning marketing strategy with business objectives, driving qualified demand, and delivering measurable revenue impact. This is not a content-creation role. The Vice President of Marketing will provide senior leadership, execution oversight, and accountability across multiple businesses and markets.

Role Description
The Vice President of Marketing provides enterprise-wide marketing leadership across McGrew Equipment Company, Crownstone Equipment, and Iron Road Logistics. This role balances centralized strategy with execution across local, regional, national, and international markets. The position is responsible for translating business priorities into structured marketing plans, driving qualified demand, and ensuring consistent brand positioning while allowing for business-specific needs. This role is not an individual contributor or content-creation position. It is a leadership role accountable for team performance, operational efficiency, and measurable results.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Enterprise Marketing Leadership
- Lead centralized marketing strategy across McGrew Equipment Company, Crownstone Equipment, and Iron Road Logistics
- Ensure brand consistency while allowing for business-specific execution
- Balance centralized planning with local, regional, national, and international execution
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with executive and operational leadership to develop a rolling 12-month marketing plan
- Translate strategy into quarterly initiatives, campaigns, and execution timelines
- Own implementation, coordination, and accountability for results
- Monitor performance and adjust plans to drive improved outcomes
Revenue & Demand Generation
- Drive auction registrations, bidder participation, and buyer acquisition for McGrew Equipment Company
- Support consignor growth, off-site auctions, and multi-location dealer visibility for McGrew Equipment Company
- Generate qualified leads for equipment sales, rentals, service, and parts for Crownstone Equipment
- Increase awareness and utilization of Iron Road Logistics
Marketing Operations & Accountability
- Establish standards for messaging, content quality, cadence, and channel strategy
- Oversee campaign execution, content production, and output
- Ensure efficient use of resources and elimination of low-impact activity
- Hold the marketing team accountable for performance, timelines, and results
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage agencies, consultants, and marketing vendors
- Evaluate and optimize partner relationships
- Maintain internal ownership of strategy while leveraging external expertise
Modern Marketing & Innovation
- Stay current on marketing platforms, tools, and industry trends
- Apply data-driven and modern marketing strategies to improve reach and conversion
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to increase efficiency and scale
Reporting & Communication
- Provide clear reporting tied to revenue influence and demand generation
- Communicate results directly to ownership and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Senior-level marketing leadership experience in a revenue-driven environment
- Proven ability to scale marketing across multiple business units or brands
- Strong understanding of demand generation, performance marketing, and analytics
- Experience working across local, regional, and national markets
- Ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and drive accountability
- Equipment, construction, industrial, logistics, or B2B services experience preferred
Compensation
This position offers a competitive base salary, commensurate with experience, along with a performance-based incentive opportunity tied to measurable business outcomes. Total compensation is designed to reward execution, efficiency, and revenue impact. Compensation details will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.

Salary Information
$125,000 - $180,000
