NOW HIRING LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF $23.00 – $26.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Leapfrog Landcare is hiring a Landscape Crew Leader to help us deliver high-quality landscape services to our residential and commercial clients. You will oversee a small crew, complete hands-on landscape work, and ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Our ideal candidate has experience in landscaping, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in creating clean, beautiful outdoor spaces. Training and support are provided to help you succeed in the role and grow your leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a landscape crew on daily job assignments. 
• Perform hands-on landscape tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, pruning, and seasonal cleanups. 
• Review job plans, delegate tasks, and ensure projects are completed on schedule. 
• Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools. 
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and management. 
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards. 
• Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicles in clean working condition.

• Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience required. 
• Prior crew lead or leadership experience strongly preferred. 
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. 
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing manual labor. 
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude. 
• Valid driver’s license required.
